MD Now Urgent Care - West Palm Beach

Really bad experience. Incompetent nurse sutton who looked at me for less than a second told me there was nothing wrong with my painful toe but "inflammation", tried to get me to buy a prescription there that turned out to actually be Aleve, and my painful toe continued, and a couple days later I went to a real doctor, and it turned out to be infected and I needed in-patient surgery. MD NOW refused to refund me or admit fault telling me "medicine is not an exact science". They then asked me for name of my doctor who diagnosed it and they called him behind my back without my permission, breaking HIPAA law, to ask if they did anything wrong. I can't even understand what they were thinking.

Alexandra and the front desk were extremely helpful and nice. Very pleased with the visit overall, and was thrilled to even get a call back.

MD Now is open every single day of the year from 8 am until 8 pm. Most major insurance is accepted but not required. Fast and affordable professional urgent medical care.
