        Overall

        went in with two European hose fittings for a faucet on a boat. Within 15 minutes they welded both adapters and I was on my way again. Excellent service, prompt and courteous, helpfulness beyond what one usually encounters in Florida. I would recommend them as first-class anytime.

        Great Service! After fighting with a regular hose reel for years, I finally succumbed to the temptation of this and haven't looked back! It works as promised and I couldn't be more pleased with its quality and performance. Staff are great! In fact, I was thinking of getting another one for our fire house. The way it deploys hose and then reels it back in automatically (think canister vacuum cord retractor) so easy it takes much less time and the hose is always neatly stowed. Thank you sir!
