The company has a large fleet of delivery trucks to deliver its products and has a staff of more than 150 employees. It has an automotive fleet of more than 25 boom trucks and flatbed and box trucks. The company has an extensive base of contractors that it does business with and refers them to clients according to their specific needs. Additionally, Arnold Lumber Company operates a custom door and mill shop that offers other products, such as exterior doors, door sidelites and transoms, interior doors, doorjambs, casings, and bifold doors and sliders. The shop also offers stair parts, custom Azek exterior window surrounds, in-house mulling, apron packages and extension jambs.
