Stonebridge Apartments

We were on the 2nd floor. The neighbors around us were often noisy and playing loud music at all hours of the night, and were also smoking pot and cigarettes constantly. Our complaints went nowhere. The central air is located on the balcony and thus every unit makes a loud humming noise as the balconies vibrate all night long while the air conditioning in the units above you are running. Maintenance tells everyone that complains that there's nothing they can do about it. This apartment complex is one of those situations where after you have been there a few years you wonder why you stayed so long. After we left the unit, we were denied our deposit of course and they sent us a bill for $30 for the additional cleaning fee. I kindly requested that we call it even since out of generosity I paid for the 1st half of the next month on the utilities which was more than the $30 of what they said I owed them. They have since sent me to collections!!!!
