ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!! If you like to be talked to like a dog or a teen, then this is the place for you. When Dr Buchanan was here, this was an incredible place. However, since then something has dramatically changed. I am NOT a teenager or your child, NOR am I your dog. DO NOT speak to me as such. If this was the last neurology office in Utah, I would drive to Colorado before stepping foot into this office. It is actually embarrassing for them to have such employees manning the office. I was TOLD that I HAD to schedule an appointment with their Dr.s is how this thing started last September. First of all, I am YOUR customer....you ARE NOT my Dr! Your office should appreciate each and every customer as if they matter and are your family! NOT as if they are a burden! That is EXACTLY the tone I got from a woman named R***** at the front desk. I will NEVER be someone's burden! ABSOLUTEY HORRIFIC!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
