Burger Lounge

I stumbled on this place while looking for a quick bite before a show at the Roxy. What a lucky find and a pleasant surprise! I had The Classic burger and an order of fries. Both were delivered quickly and tasted delicious. It's similar to other near-fast-food burger joints, but in terms of flavor and apparent freshness, the best I've encountered. The draft beer list was small and not great but acceptable: I think it was Shock Top, Sculpin and Stella. I enjoyed the friendly service, including the visit from the manager who was just checking in.

Above-average burger joint with food that rivals any of the gourmet burger restaurants in LA. They use really good beef and ingredients and everything tastes super fresh. I love that I can make a burger salad if I want to skip the bun. I was also really surprised with how tasty the veggie patty was. They make them in-house as well and they're made from quinoa and all sorts of other healthy ingredients. Great service and the patio is really nice.
