Simply Roofing

I had a very negative experience today (11/21/2016) with Simply Roofing. I hired them to fix a roof leak where an old swamp cooler once was. They would not make an appointment with me, but rather insisted to come whenever they had time. I chose them because of the good price quote over the phone. They came 2 days later while I was at work, but left without doing any repairs because there was some miscommunication between the person I talked with on the phone and the worker they sent to my home. I talked with the man again today who was unhelpful, unprofessional, and offered no resolution to the problem, except that "I guess" we can come back by sometime. He acted like it was an inconvenience to fix my roof so I told him I would find another company to complete the work. His response was "even better". I texted him a complaint because I thought he should improve his customer service and he responded with this exact text message, "I have 50 houses waiting to be shingled, no where near any time for your sh**. I went out of my way to help your little tiny problem. Good luck finding some one.". He did not do me any favors at all, and in fact only delayed my roof leak getting fixed. I will never do business with them again and in fact I will tell friends/family to avoid this company for all future needs.
