It's rare to find a company that treats you like family. Their customer service is unmatched. Even my dog Bella gets excited with the delivery guys arrive. Great customer service and most importantly reliable.

Great service, always prompt and friendly!

Ok its 830 pm and time to shower and get ready for bed and guess what, no hot water. I called Apple oil service whom I have a service contract with and a tech called me back within 5 minutes to talk about my problem. I thought I would be setting up an appt. for the next day but he told me he was in Oxford at the moment but he would be at my home in 45 mins. By 945 PM he was here and gone and the PROBLEM SOLVED. I cant say enough about the great service and techs that this company has provided me and my family over the years

We used Apple Oil for automatic delivery for quite a while, and we had them install a new boiler and tank for us. We were on their service plan for a while after that. Then when we got hit by the rate spikes and skewed delivery times other reviews mention, and they won't do service on anything that isn't on automatic delivery.



Now, just a few years later, I have a water leak near my circulator pump, and they don't want to hear about it.

They must be busy, the phone rang many times.
