Jackie's Total Child Care

I was referred to Jackie's and it has been the ABSOLUTE best decision after withdrawing my daughter from the first facility she started due to numerous incidents, at just six weeks old. I was impressed immediately. The building is very clean and organized. The employees are all very personable and have a loving sense about them. The protocols and policies they have in place made me very comfortable, and even more so after seeing that they are implemented, as they should be. I can see that my daughter is happy and loves to go! The entire staff loves to greet her and so do all of the children. I have such peace of mind now being 100% comfortable with my child in their care. I HIGHLY recommend Jackie's Total Child Care. They have been phenomenal to my daughter, myself, and my family.

Our son has been going here for about 6 months now. He always seems to love going there. The teachers are nice and caring and are always interacting with the kids. I enjoy bringing my child to a place where I know they are learning every day, and not just running around. Very clean and I always feel good about leaving him when I have to go to work.

My son started going to Jackie’s Total Child Care when he was 3 years old. I loved the learning program and the loving care he received. I feel like he was raised right as his home away from home while I worked. He continued there until he went to middle school and loved every day there.

Our son started going to Jackie’s Total Child Care when he was two months old. My wife was able to stop in every day to breastfeed him when he was an infant. He is in third grade now and still loves it. I love being able to pick him up whenever I need to. He does his homework every afternoon with his afterschool teacher, which is a huge help to me. I feel like the staff there are a part of our family, especially Mrs. Jackie. I don’t know what we’d do without them!

I attended Jackies when I was little and had some of the best times there. I have recently moved back and now my daughter goes there. She gets out of the bed and jumps up wanting to go to school. She tells me every day how much fun she has she is learning all of her colors and numbers. I would not send her any where else.

I cant believe the nerve of these people telling me I had to call before I could check in! I have heard several other complaints also and not to mention my child always comes home sick I dont see how these people stay in business

I was okay with this place until they kept saying that I owe for 2 weeks when I KNOW I paid up to the last day she was there. So now I am taking her somewhere else. Seems there is always a payment issue with them!

My son attended this daycare for 3 months. It was terrible. First it was the fact that they didnt want you visiting unless you called first *red flag*... and everyday i showed up at closing... there were cleaning supplies just layed out on a table in the middle of the sitting room where the kids wait! They were always saying that I owed them from the last week, and when I would bring them my receipts, they would say "well we dont have a copy, so we didnt write that" I ended up paying double a weeks for 4 weeks (only because no other daycares had openings)... then the fact that one of the ladies husband was there hanging around the childrens play room (when no one else was around) when i went to pick him up one day freaked me out. I took my son out and they sent me a bill for 4 weeks!
