Classic Furniture

Classic Furniture is a disaster! The store staff is unprofessional and completely incompetent. I went in to order a full size bed for my child. Imagine my surprise when we ended up with a twin bed! My daughter was so disappointed!



The owner, management and staff were completely unwilling to work towards correcting the issue. I even offered to keep the twin bed and purchase another full sized bed if they would offer a discount for the mix-up. I still haven't heard back from them.



The employees told me they would call me back with information before they closed. I went by since I had not heard from them yet and guess what, they were closed and I hadn't heard from them!



Classic furniture has discount employees and completely incompetent staff. The prices were good, but I am willing to pay more at a reputable furniture store to get the service I deserve!
