Midwest Salt

I stopped in Midwest Salt to pickup a pallet of water softener salt for my business. Fast and easy purchase and they loaded my truck.

Good quality mulch.

However....Midwest Salt shorted my residential mulch order. I ordered 8 yards. They delivered between 4.5 and 5 yards. I contacted Midwest Salt to politely inform them of the shortage. I offered Midwest Salt an opportunity to send a representative to come walk my property so they could see that they indeed shorted the order. The Midwest Salt representative said he would look into the issue and follow-up with me. He did not follow-up with me.

Buy your mulch elsewhere...the dollar or two you save per yard at Midwest Salt will be offset by not receiving your order in full.
