This is clearly a bogus review - probably written by a competitor. We take pride in how we treat our customers, and are in fact in a very good mood, for ours is a friendly work environment. Why would an unhappy customer not express their concerns to us at the time of service? How would they know that we are in a bad mood "all the time" as they say? Are they here "all the time?" My name is Matt Oswald. Boomdizzle, what is your real name? We whole-heartedly engourage a genuinely disgruntled customer to speak openly to us about their concerns. It is unfortunate that a company with a reputation like YellowPages.com would not do more to confirm the legitimacy of a "customer review." Did they confirm the customer's name? I don't know. Did they ask us if we actually serviced this "customer?" No.
