We have a small office builidng and used this company for about a year. We were always encouraged to let the owner know if we had any problems, which we did in a respectful manner.



After getting tired of having the same problems:

*not dusting well, dirty bathroom floors,

*not providing requested quotes for additional services,

*moving things not for the purposes of cleaning,

*people being there that shouldn't have been

we let them know that we were going to give them two weeks to see an improvement, then make a change if needed.



The only response we received was them not showing up for the next scheduled cleaning. Could they be any more unprofessional? Not even our keys have been returned.
