        My lawn

        My lawn, shrubs, and trees all look great. Even the neighbors notice and comment about this. Good interaction with each of the service techs explaining what they are doing and also leaving a written report describing what they did and their observations.

        Polite technicians and customer service representatives. When I was something that needed additional attention the technician returned at no additional cost and resprayed the stubborn weeds. Prompt service with notification in advance. The technician knocked on the door and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I showed him a couple of problem areas and he made a special effort to spray those very carefully. These folks are a 14 on the 10 point scale.
