The staff went out of their way to make sure that my computer was ready before I had to go out of town. They also called to update me on the status of the repair. Excellent service.

Been looking for a good laptop searched the web made calls and was referd to PC plan IT So i went back on the net to check it out read the reviews and took a drive over to check it out for myself. I was greeted at the door by a young man, very pleasant asked if he could help me. Told him what i was looking for and what i was going to spend there was no pressure he showed me just what i was looking for and in the price range. Explained every thing about every one i asked about. When i finally decided he powered it up showed me a few things and went threw what had been checked and done to it. Highly recommend PC plan IT
