DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Purchased groupon June 2012. It took me at least a dozen calls for them to return my message and set up cleaning. They were very booked, but said they could fit me in on the Dec 18th. The week of Dec 18th I started to call and confirm...but no answer or returned call. I took a vacation day on the 18th because they were scheduled to come. They didn't show, didn't call. Of course they didn't answer the phone or return my call to inquire why they didn't show. They obviously don't have any respect for other peoples time.
I had to contact Groupon to get a refund. I also see that they have a special through Yelp... DON'T DO IT. Save your time, money and frustration!!!
