Air Repair Heating & Cooling

They came out and diagnosed the problem, said they would check on ordering a part and get back with me to set up a date. They charged me 65.00 for the service call. When they left the comment was made "if I do this job will I have problems from the owner of the home later down the road". Which would have been a great time to say they weren't interested in doing the job. I don't have a problem getting someone else. I do have a problem that they left me hanging with the expectation that a part would be ordered. Now a week later I have to get someone else and wait even longer to have air conditioning in my home where I have a child. Also, they did not answer any of my calls and the one time I called from someone else's phone they answered and the lady said she'd have them call me and you guessed it, they never did. Not very professional in my opinion. If you are not going to do the job fine but Man up and tell the costumer so they can find someone else.
