Newk's Family Diner

Went in expecting the classic diner experience but we waited like an hour for our food and the waitress was not attentive. She never asked us if we would like refills and never let us know why our food was taking so long. Also, when the food did come out it was not hot and my husbands order was screwed up but we did not dare send it back for fear of how long it would take to get it fixed. While we were waiting 2 groups got up and left because the wait was ridiculous. The food was not bad but they really need some organization in that kitchen and a better cook/chef that can get food out quickly and correctly.
