Space City Inspections

Ed Fryday at Space City Inspections did an absolutely fantastic job inspecting our newly constructed home. He was extremely thorough and very detailed. I was amazed at all the things he checked for. I've seen other reports from other inspectors and I have to say Ed checks for many many many things others just don't. And his reports are very detailed and delivered quickly. He is easy to work with and straightforward. So much so that I recommended my sister use his services. She has and is also another very happy customer. His credentials put him in a class by himself, and is involved in the state regulatory circles as well as the industry's activities so he's on-the-ball with current info. I highly recommend him!

I had a very positive experience with Ed during my home inspection. He explained everything and was very thorough. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. His report was detailed and clearly depicted with pictures. He turned the report over in the same day which was great.

We had to move quickly, and Ed was able to accommodate us. First, he was very professional on the phone, but not stuffy. He also offered to meet me at the house and walk through needed repairs, but I was unable to take advantage of that. His report was very thorough and detail oriented. He noted the major issues with the home, as well as the smaller things some people would overlook as no big deal. The pictures in the report were clear AND well marked, so that we could decide if the repairs were something we could do ourselves or not. And thanks to the inspection report, we were able to make an educated decision on the purchase of our home. I have and will continue to refer Ed to anyone that asks.

We recently bought a house in Friendswood and when the time came for the inspections, I asked around for some referrals. Two coworkers had already used Space City Inspections and were very pleased with the service. I decided to call Ed and he was very flexible to schedule our inspection within the 10-day window we had. Ed was scheduled to be at the house about 2 hours before we were to arrive. When we got to the house, he walked us through all of his findings. I thought he was very thorough and very clear in explaining issues he found. I also thought he was very honest in expressing his opinion on how we should proceed. Our inspection was completed mid-day and by that same evening we received the full report which included photos and explanations.
