Mattresses for Less

After unfortunately buying a bedroom set for our son from rooms to go, we came to mattresses for less to find a better full size mattress. Michael was extremely helpful, and suggested a better mattress for less than the one we bought from rooms to go. Daniel was the sales rep in the store when I came to pick it up, and he was extremely personable and helpful during this time. This store has the values you are searching for in a family owned business. They have also hired the right people to showcase their care for the product, and care for the customer. I will go back for any furniture I need, and I suggest everyone else does the same!

I bought a bed in early afternoon and was promised same day delivery. Didn't get call from driver till 9:07 pm. I was told that delivery would be at 10 am the next day. They finally showed up at 1 pm. The scheduler was snotty and unfriendly when we kept calling to get info. The owner Greg Taylor called me a liar and hung on me because he didn't like my attitude. I am not a bimbo employee he can chew out or fire. I am the customer and reason he is in business. He needs to allow his customer to go about their day without camping out at home waiting for a false promise to arrive for a 10 hours. What a bunch of liars.

We all experience the routine " best deal ever" when shopping for mattresses. But the team at Mattress For Less is much different. Gary, Brad and J.R. will cut thru all the routines and let you know who really manufactures the mattress and who cuts corners on their products. They are only interested in making sure you are aware of the truth about mattresses and the companies that make them. I visited several mattress retailers and they are the only ones who took their time and explained the quality between different mattress companies. It was an educational experience. They are great to deal with. The also gave my wife and I the best price out of several competitors in the area. We went in looking for a bedroom set. We were sold a set, or we thought so, by a gentleman by the name of John. He lied to us. We asked over and over, if the cost included the whole set. I even touch each piece with my hand and he stated YES on each one. We get the delivery and it is not complete. Greg (so called owner) would not take the sale back which left us having to shell out more money to get a complete set. He stated that maybe I did not understand the salesman...REALLY??!!! LOL... what a stupid #$%$ man. Why would I go from 5 piece to a 4 piece set?? We were ready to buy the dining room set and the kitchenett set. Not from them. Not after this. This place is a rip off and I suggest that noone buys from there. We are putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
