Design Center & Western Heritage. Western Heritage, sale items if not labeled with a red tag were 10% off. When I walked over to the Design Center, Sales associate, told me 10% off everything even sale, just not red tag. I got sale items 2-one marked one not. Asked at counter told by the owner of both stores, both on sale plus 10% off. Went back and got another one. Total 3. (since, plus 10% off). Got to counter to pay, sales associate and owner standing there, rang me up; I asked about 10% off, she said no that it was already on sale. I was just told numerous times all 10% off except red tag items. These were not red tagged. Sister store just gave me plus 10% off on sale items. I was told numerous times through out the store all & sale items, plus 10% off. The owner said the same thing. The owner and this sales associate decided from when I went to get another item and back. No more 10% off. Then the owner said she never said that. Horrible store! Over priced. Not truthful!
