OK so , I have never had a good experience with love or Post Office in fact I cannot stand how I normally feel when I go to weather repost office as far as some of the service service and the never been able to get through on the phone and and anyway today I called 5 minutes before it was and and a woman answered the phone Possibly an African American woman I didn't catch her name but she was extremely nice and she found my packages and put them in a special Box so I would be able to get them after hours She was extremely professional and nice and I've never had as good of an experience as I did today more people like her need to work there!! And thank-you-ma'am whatever your name was I'm sorry I didn't catch it.

I live in Weatherford and have had several horrible experiences with the post office! My mother sent a package priority mail and we did not receive it for 4 weeks! I also received a package from someone 20 miles away and it took 3 weeks. Then when we moved, I put in for our change of address to begin on the 30th, but the post office started fowarding immediately (2 weeks before it was supposed to begin). They are HORRIBLE! use UPS!

I live in Weatherford first I was sent a certified letter to my p.o box. The sender just put the first two # on it I have had this box for over 10 yrs. They still couldn't find out where it needed to go too. Then I get another certified letter to my home address I was home all day the mailman never got out of his truck all he could do is leave me a notice in my mail box.I called the P.O and they said they would have him bring it out on Tuesday so I waited and waited went out to my mailbox and mail was in there. Now other day and it was not delivered like they said it would be.Now I have been trying to call and all I get is a busy signal like the phone is off the hook. Come on don't you pay these employees good enough for them too at least do their job? I'm very disappointed in their work or lack of too do their JOB. Thank you Weatherford Post Office.For yall not being able to do your job.

We had a forward on our mail, received for two days and then nothing for two weeks. Called your facility, spoke with Jenny and she stayed with me on the line till issue was figured out. Thank you so much.
