We lost our air-conditioning on July 4. So today, July 5, my husband called a little after 8 to see if we could get on the list for service from Tuffy's. We knew better than to call the company we actually have an annual contract with because they have previously stood us up twice this spring for regular maintenance. Tuffy's said they thought they could get us in today. Sure enough, right about noon, Angel showed up, assessed the problem quickly, fixed it quickly, AND...he didn't try to sell us anything! Amazing and awesome! We highly recommend Tuffy's!
