Cliffs Auto Service Center

I moved to Weatherford in 2013. I have two Nissan cars but knew that new car dealerships charge far more than tire or independent stores like Cliff's for the same service. We travel a lot and I have had my cars into Cliff's at least 8-10 times for various maintenance and repair jobs. I have found them to be totally honest and to do top notch work. Recently, the Nissan shop told me I needed a new oil pan for $400 because the drain plus had been stripped out. Went to Cliff's and they explained that the plug is made of soft metal compared to the oil pan, so it likely only needed the plug to be removed, the stripped metal to be removed from the threads and then install a new plug. They did this all for free instead of the $500+ it would have cost me at Nissan. On another occasion, I took a car to Nissan twice for a tire pressure sensor light and each time they told me they could not find anything wrong. They charged me #$50+ both times. Took it to Cliff's 3 times because the light kept coming on. They couldn't find anything wrong either but charged me $35 the first time to reprogram the computer and did not charge me anything the 2nd and 3rd times. The light came on one more time after the 3rd time but I haven't seen it since. Bottom line: they ARE more than fair and remind me of the kind of tire store my Dad used to run. They have EARNED my business long term.
