Franklin County Magisterial District Court 39-3-02

Magistrate Dist. Judge Pentz did the same thing ONLY he never heard MY side of what happened. He issued an Arrest Warrant because I was protecting MY property from a Defiant Trespasser. Looks like a Civil (Federal) Lawsuit is going to be charged against this (corrupt) system.

I like how you go to court and a judge only hears one side of a story but yet wants to sit there and tell you that the situation could of been handle differently. First off you should hear both sides of the story before you make that statement. And this is America I didn't know we as people where not allowed to go talk to other people about damages that was supposedly done to one property's but I guess I am wrong and yet we wonder why this world is not what it once was.....
