Accurate Home Inspection Services

Wayne Falcone is a bad home inspector. He does not take the inspection seriously. He missed major structural defects (badly deflected ceiling, floor that is uneven, decks that are unstable). He missed all signs of potential leakage in the house. His report is so brief that it is useless (as compared to others I have seen). He admitted his fault and said that he would repair for us to our satisfaction. Then after 2 days, he changed his mind and say that he does not want to be involved as it is not his fault. His company slogan is "our service stops when our customer stops calling", but he does not return your call. He will send you an email at 8am on a Sat morning, saying to meet you at noon that day if you are home, without leaving a cell phone for contact. I responded his email and waited for him the whole afternoon just in case he might call to confirm. He never call after that 1 email in the morning. He missed a few more other appointments until a point I have to write him an email to warn him to please respect people's time too. Overall a very bad inspector. Recommended by my real estate agent. Please also dont use any inspectors recommended by real estate agent.
