George is the man. Not a typical, chimney rip-off artist - he's a real talk professional who's down to earth and won't try and rip you off. We were told during home inspection we needed a new chimney liner - George came by and told us it was fine, and fixed what we REALLY needed done (new damper, chimney cap, cleaning) and saved us hundreds. He knows his stuff, and tries to save YOU money. Plan on recommending him to a lot of people.

I normally do not write reviews but felt compelled. I had 2 other chimney companies come to my home for estimates and both tried to push me into work in excess of $4500. A friend told me to call "George The Chimney Guy" for an honest opinion and that is exactly what I got! He did the work that was needed, not what someone was trying to sell me and was professional. Great experience. Highly recommend his services.

Great overall experience. I called him to get a 2nd opinion for a chimney liner that I was quoted for from another company. I had a bad feeling about the first company because they were very pushy and insisted that i needed this done right then and there and that me and my family was in danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. When George came he actually went on the roof unlike the the company he went into the basement and pulled the pipe that went into the chimney from my boiler. He then told me that my chimney was in excellent condition and didn't need a new chimney liner for $2000. He told me I needed 2 chimney caps and a cleaning for my fireplace chimney which we use often and have not cleaned in 4 years or so. Me and my husband highly recommend this company.
