I was quoted $54 per day on the phone for 3 dogs in a suite, upon dropping the dogs off they had $54 per day rate on the sheet I signed. When I got back they had changed the rate to $79 / day and I noticed eraser marks from the $54 per day. BEWARE THEIR SCAM!

Wonderful! Both of our dogs love going to the kennel because of the great staff and atmosphere. When our old dog passed away after going here for kenneling his whole life, the staff sent us a card with kind words and reminiscences about him. Then, when we got a new puppy, they made him very welcome and he loves going there now. Highly recommended!

We decided to try this kennel as it was close to our getaway location and regret not using our normal kennel. We were quoted one price when inquiring and then when we picked up our dogs we were charged double what they quoted. Not to mention they charge for play time. Out of all the kennels we have used never have we been charged for play time. We had requested that one of the dogs be groomed and they said he wouldn't let anyone by him yet they told us somebody went in his kennel and played with him. And the staff was extremely rude. Never again! We'll stick with the kennel we've been using for years that charges the same amount but "play time" is included in that price.
