I was in contact with this store after finding a sample dress they had listed on Ebay. I messaged the seller and told her that I lived nearby and wanted to try on the dress before buying it online so she replied with the store phone number and told me to make an appointment. The day before my appointment they called me to tell me that they sold the dress to an in store customer (prior to the online auction ending, this was not a "buy it now" item). Which is against the Ebay seller policy. I have made formal complaint with Ebay and plan to get the word out anywhere else I can. It looks like several others have had bad experiences with this company. Buyer Beware!

The staff at Elegant Occasions is OUTSTANDING and really knows how to make you feel special for your big day! I had so much fun picking out a dress here and would highly recommend everyone shopping there! They have a huge selection of dresses and did a great job in helping me find "the dress" of my dreams!

I was truly made to feel like a queen at Elegant Occasions! I'm a plus size gal and they made me feel very comfortable (and actually had gowns that I could fit into!). Everyone working was extremely nice and helpful and went above and beyond my expectations every time I went in there. We ordered all of our dresses from there, and everything fits wonderfully. We're ordering our tuxedos and invitations next week and I know they will take good care of those orders too!
