June 15,2012, I ordered JIMMY JOHNS subs for dinner which was delivered to our home. I've been cooking all day for a party so I did not want to make dinner. When we received our food I was eating and seen a LONG LONG BLACK hair in my food. I called them to let them know what I have found. I asked if there was anyone working with long black hair their as of now, I was told that everyone there has long hair but it is monitory for them to wear hair nets well something had to happen for this to get in my food. I was giving two options #1 have another sub sent to my home, Which I did not want I was sick to my stomach. #2 have a gift certificate sent to my home. So I picked #2, which was going to be sent out on that Monday due to the fact it was the weekend. Well I waited a week and a half nothing came. I called JIMMY JOHNS to see what might have happened. I was told Managers where not available to speak to me. So I left my name and number nothing happened. I tried to call the following evening and I was hung up on twice which could of been by mistake or intentional but at this given rate I am starting to believe they are avoiding me. So, what I am asking what do you think I should do next. I spent $30.00 plus TIP on a meal that was nasty due to the fact of the hair.
