At first, I thought this was going to be a good service. HOwever, as the season progressed I became increasingly dissatisfied. I had asked the company to edge my gardens, which they never did. THey finally told me it was too late, and then said they couldn't do it until Spring. Okay, I can live with that. Then, In mid-July they started charging $50 instead of $40 for the weekly lawn mowing, with no heads up. When they did the Fall clean-up (last Spring clean-up cost $450!) they cut everything down, including hydrangeas which only bloom on OLD wood that I had clearly covered with mounded leaves. I had another set of hydrangeas clearly mounded up with leaves and they removed all those leaves. THey cut down my green hellebores - which I had taken years to nurture. NO, no more blooms for another several years. THey came and did this without consulting me - without giving me a cost estimate. I am really disappointed in this group. THey need to talk to the home owner before they embark on clean-up, if they do not know the plants well. IT will costly several lhundred dollars to replace the hydrangeas and hellebores they have ruined. I am extremely unhappy. I rarely, if ever, write a review, but I had to write this one.
