Done Right Plumbing

Getting ready for work discovered no hot water in my home,pilot light has never gone out in the 11 years plus Ive lived here so I assumed there was a problem with something else.I know Im due for a new water heater but I needed hot water now. I called done right plumbing which is literally a few minutes from my house.I was never told about a min. service call charge. He walked in my house,laid on the floor and lit the pilot light.Less than 5 minutes!! We talked about a new water heater, he said he would get back to me.I said fine. How much do I owe you for this. HE SAID..... Id feel guilty about charging you for this, MY wife would kill me he said. I thanked him up and down thinking I found a decent plumber. He sent me a text the next day for a price on a new water heater and at the end of the text he said and it will be $105 for lighting the pilot light!!! I was fuming. He sent me a bill and I RELUCTANTLY PAID the $105.00. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN

I had Dan replace all of the copper that was stolen out of our 4 unit property. He installed the water heaters and the gas lines to them. He did it on time, did what he promised. I paid him in full even though he was not finished. He didn't disappear. He came back and finished what he said he would finish.

Excellent same day service. Easy to deal with.

Highest recommendation. Would call them in a heartbeat for any plumbing problem. My new "go to" plumber.

I have got to say both Dan and Bill are great no mess, straight, honest and just get it done. They came to replace my toilet gave me advice other the type to acquire which i followed, they came on time fitted cleaned and left and all at a very good competitive price. best recommendation I can give them is from this point on they are the only people I will use.

We had a back up in our master bathroom first thing in the morning. I decided to call Done Right Plumbing based on the reviews, at about 7:45 AM. I had to leave a message, but had a call back within 10 min. Dan was out to our house before noon. He was honest, and the price was right. He fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't recommend doing anything that wasn't necessary! I will absolutely use Done Right Plumbing in the future!

I own a day spa in Gurnee and needed a treatment room refitted in a small window of time. Dan and Bill came in after closing (9pm) and worked through the nights to get the job completed ahead of schedule! They whistle while they work, are flexible and did work that was not in their job description to help me meet my deadline. I gave Dan my keys and alarm info knowing he is a man of integrity and I could trust him. I highly recommend Dan "Done Right" and he is our guy for the renovation we are undertaking next week...can't wait!

Dan did a great job doing the plumbing work for a bathroom we are building in our basement. He was very good at what he did, cut no corners, did it right and still did it fast. He is funny and my kids enjoyed talking with him as well.

Dan is a honest man. He helped us out in a pinch when our sump pump was acting up. He knew the problem and had a solution without taking me to the bank. When our church had a water backup problem, Dan responded immediately and corrected the issue. I trust him with any plumbing issue I have and plan to have him do work in my home. If you want outstanding work at an affordable price, Dan is your man.

I would like to recommend the work of Dan Tricarico. He has carried out plumbing work in our house in Oshkosh in June 2005 and we were very satisfied with the service he provided. Not only is Dan pleasant to work with, he is a skilled plumber. Moreover, his charges were much more reasonable than other certified plumbers.
