Excellent friendly service. Ford is a funny guy and keeps his customers laughing while he works on their vehicle. Love this guy! He's honest and makes good on his promises. He has been in Waterloo all his life and has a lot of friends who respect him. Auto repair has been his life.

Ford's replaced the rear axle on my Durango a few years ago. The service was great and the price was right. No problems after several years and many miles.
