Out of all the places around the world that I have eaten at this place is tops and I'm very fussy

Zia Cucina is one of Waterburys best kept secrets. A tiny comfortable restaurant serving fine Italian cuisine it is deceiveing from the outside. Tucked behind some buildings outside it wasnt apparent to us immediately when we set out looking for it. We had terrific food with appreciable portion sizes. The service was impeccable. The selection of appetizers waas quite appealing. The cocktails were well priced. They have a nice wine selection and a great classic Italian menu. Zia Cucina - Waterbury CT

Zia's is a perfect first date restaurant. The color scheme is a trendy deep green and purple with beautiful chandeliers hovering above the tables. It's romantic setting includes a cozy dining room, dim-lighting and brick walls covered with photos of classic celebrities like Clark Gable.

Food and service was excelent.

The best Italian house made pasta dish I have ever eaten in a restaurant.
