My cat has a relatively rare chronic illness. The staff has been very good to me and my pet. I feel that they have done their best, given her very serious condition, to give us a little more time together. I found that the doctor seems to be connected to a network of very capable associates. They really care and fell in love with my cat, too. They aren't in it for the money, they have a well equipped facility and must pay the bills. I'm sure they hated to turn that person away who couldn't pay. I highly recommend this hospital.

Very reasonable prices (I checked a few places) and really work with you if you're on a budget to decide what's most important to get (like specific bloodwork instead of everything under the sun). Very friendly staff whom you can tell LOVE what they do!!

wonderful veterinary hospital

We have been bringing our dog to waterbury veterinary hospital since we brought him home 7 years ago. The staff is caring and considerate. Our dog loves going there and is treated like he was their own dog. A couple times we dropped him off for observation before his actual appointment and he acts like he is their mascot! I recommend this vet to friends and will continue to bring our pets to see them.

I've taken my pets here for a few years now (I have a dog and 2 cats) and I've never had anything less than a good experience. The staff are caring people, why else would they do this job? I would like to comment on the reviewer who said "they only care about money" because they wouldn't let you do a payment plan- THEY ARE A BUSINESS. The point of any business is to make a profit, that being said- you should probably get pet insurance or reconsider owning pets as they are EXPENSIVE to take care of. They probably don't do payment plans because it's Waterbury, and lord knows no one will actually pay what they owe. ANYWAY, I just want to commend Waterbury Vet's staff and let them know that I appreciate all they've done for my 3 pets :)

A great hospital with wonderful caring staff. I have 3 cats and a dog. They have been so helpful especially with trying to help us rid all of the animals of a parasite introduced by our puppy. Have really gone above and beyond researching the best price for us to treat all 4 !!

wont work with you on payments if your pet needs surgery! Told to look for another vet that will. this place only cares about money, not about caring for your pet!!!

I have been bringing my cat here for 5 years. They always take the time to answer any questions I have. They even stayed late for me one time when my cal got hurt by another animal and even called the next day to see how she was doing. They showed they cared
