Highland Garden Restaurant

We have been eating at Highland Garden for a long while. If I had any qualms, I'd say the only thing would be that they try not to overcook their fried stuff and meat. Otherwise, they are second to none. I love the shrimp toast, the fresh way they go about offering their fried rice, and the crab rangoon. Keep at it guys. Good job. Being on the border of Naugatuck and Waterbury, it's hard to find a place that delivers hot, quality Chinese food. The girl that answers the phone is always polite, and the driver is decent, too. One day in the summer I found a carpenter ant in my rice I called and let them know. They offered to give me my money back, but, I didn't want to go back.
Yesterday, my sister bought soup there and found a black hair in it.
