Advance Chimney Sweeps

We recently moved to the area and purchased our home which had a lovely fireplace. Before trusting the chimney I searched for a cleaning service to check it out. I phoned several local companies but Advanced was the first to answer their phone professionally and courteously. They promptly made an appointment for me and quoted me a very reasonable price. They both called and mailed me with a reminder as my appointment approached. The crew was able to come earlier than my appointment and called ahead to request permission to come early. This worked out well for me. When they arrived they were friendly, quick, clean and very efficient. They explained the condition of the chimney and made suggestions for safe use of the fireplace. No hard sales, no dire warnings. I highly recommend this company. I will look no further for someone I can trust. They will have all my future business.

The service was professional - they called in a couple of days in advance to remind me and called the day of to give an ETA. They were clean and left no mess. I will continue with this company!
