Excellent source of information and professional presentation that was very helpful and answered all of our questions and beyond, such as leaving us with a handful of recipes to get us started and ignited our imagination. After several visits to Urgent Care for my elderly mother, without a doubt, the staff is top flight! They go above and beyond as your care team from the moment you arrive at the front desk until you leave. The doctors and nurses listen to you and inform you every step of the way. They work out a care plan that makes sense without being too taxing. Highly recommend this site in downtown DC not far from Union Station.

William saved my day! My glass frames broke this morning. He found me a new frame that fit my lenses, and now I’m good as new!

I experienced watching Ms. Mariela Ubiera assiting an elderly couple with forms. Ms. Ubiera took her time to make sure their paperwork was correct. It was refreshing to see an employee of KP Capitol Hill Med. Center assisting patients in a gentle manner, especially in these times we are living in where everything and everybody is in a rush.

I was instantly at ease. Every one was very pleasant. I was assisted by william when picking my glasses and he was very helpful and pleasant.

The Urgent Care unit ob Saturday of a 4th of July holiday weekend is not where I was expecting to be. But i was… snd the BEST possible care snd kindest attention was what I received. The receptionist was great, the nurse ( Ms. Christine) was just amazing and Dr. Hosseinkhah is simply THE BEST! Kindness, patience, empathy, knowledge snd complete dedication to you as member and patient. No doubt; THE BEST she is!

Today April 8, 2022, I had my mammogram appointment and it went so well. I never experienced no pain ever when doing this type of procedure for my breast the last few times coming here when having this test performed to me I had pain before but today I must let every woman know that Sharron Blyther treated me so well that I felt no pain at all. She was highly professional and courteous; gently; this lady did an excellent job and it didn’t even take long because all you have to do is follow her directions and you’re in and out with no problems. I recommend all women to come see her and to come to Kaiser for Permanente at Capitol Hill.

Sharron Blyther deserves to be acknowledged for her high level of service along with a raise and bonus because she’s highly professional at what she does and does her job Excellent and Perfect to me!!!!! Thank you Sharron Blyther for your service!!!!

Ms. Cooper is top notch. I've been Kaiser member for many years and she is the best in kindness, efficiency and knowledge I have ever run in to. Great you found her for us.

I got a call asking me if I wanted to come in early because there were cancelations, heck yes, I wanted to get it over and done with. Staff was so comforting and nice. Let me know what to expect and before I knew it, I was done. If I had to get this done, there is no better place.

Very attentive to my problem v. Patient w/me since I am just 90 yrs old.

I visited, by appointment, the Vision Essentials optician center at the Kaiser Capitol Hill location on 4/1/21. I had come in a couple days before to see the optometrist/ophthalmologist and decided to wait after to see an optician in the center. It was a bit busy, so I opted to return another day. When I stopped in at a later time, I made an appointment with a particular optician/rep about whom I had heard so many great things.

William actually greeted me and personally booked my appointment with him for the next day.

William made me feel at ease immediately with his very congenial and highly personable manner. I could tell right away that I was in good hands and in the presence of a professional. As we settled in for the appointment, William just offhandedly mentioned that he was from South Carolina. I informed him that I was also a fellow South Carolinian! So this made the time spent very comfortable as we discussed where we grew up, HOW we grew up and the things we enjoyed doing as kids. I mentioned that I was a budding tennis nut as a kid just learning the game at that time...turns out William was also an avid tennis player during his childhood and beyond. This guy was the man!

The appointment went incredibly smooth and William walked me through all of my eyewear options and pricing. I wanted to supply my own newly purchased frames (which I'd shown to William the day before) and this was not a problem for them at all. The entire process was effortless, but maybe extended a bit by our personal aside chats about our lives growing up in the South. Since we are both African American men of approximately the same age, it really made my day to have had such a heartwarming encounter.

I highly recommend, if and when possible, to request an optician appointment with William at Capitol Hill who gave the ultimate in professional customer service in providing his client with a highly memorable experience at Kaiser Vision Essentials at Capitol Hill.

I cannot find good enough words that would express how high my opinion is for Kaiser Permanente organization at whole. I am so lucky that I choosed them as my health care provider. I would warmly recommend KP to anyone that is in search for their next health provider.
