Payless Auto Glass

I was given a window from 8:30am - 1:00pm for a windshield replacement. I finally called after 1:00 since I hadn't heard or seen anyone. The "customer service" guy said someone would be here between 2-4pm - the installer was delayed due to weather. I asked if the installer guy had a cellphone and why I hadn't gotten a call. I was told that "he would have to call 9 people." They didn't seem to think anything was wrong.



We'll see if he shows up between 2-4.



UPDATE: Nope, didn't show up between 2-4 either. Time to find a reliable auto glass replacement business!

I called on a Tuesday afternoon and had an appointment for Payless to come to my house for the next day (day before Thanksgiving). They said I could call in the morning for an estimated time of arrival - I did and they advised approx 11am. The technician arrived at 11:10 and was finished by 11:43, including all paperwork. All who I dealt with were efficient, friendly and professional.

Was promised vehicle in 90 minutes, waited another hour after that.
