Northeast Furs

We had the opportunity to visit Northeast Furs for a check up of a fur coat which my wife was having trouble making the fasteners work properly. We thought that they might need replacing. We had the pleasure to meet Paul Goudis who is as professional and considerate as a furrier can be. He understood the problem immediately and checked each of the three fasteners and explained the solution. His expertise is unrivaled and any client can rest assured that their treasured fur will be well cared for at Northeast Furs. Bob Habershaw was also present and we know that our next purchase will be at Northeast Furs where their knowledge and expertise has won our current and future loyalty. Just like in the "old days" where you buy a product based on customer care and consideration -- no quick "one time and never see the client again" sales here.
