EXPRESS TOWING AND RECOVERY

After an hour and 15 minutes I decided to call them up to see what the hold up was.

Turns out the truck broke down and no one bothered to notify me. Now my car will most likely not be repaired today, apparently the need of other people going to work does not matter to them.

On Weds. July 29th I had to use my Allstate roadside assistance. Upon doing so i was told that Express Towing would be dispatched to my location and arrive in 60 minutes. About 45 minutes later the truck arrived the driver greeted me with a smile and ask if i would like to sit in the air conditioned truck while he hooked up my vehicle. in just minutes we were on our way to the GMC dealer . Though the reviews below me may be misleading i would highly recommend this company to anyone with towing or roadside assistance needs

Unprofessional takes forever. Called Volvo roadside assistance @ 3:30 and they showed up at 7:00 after several calls. Sent them away an called AAA. Thank god my wife wasn't stuck on the side of the road waiting

DO NOT USE! Takes forever

Anything but express. Called to have my car picked up at 10:30 am. 1:30 pm rolls around and still no help. Called the dispatch 4-5 times. Each time I was told "he is on the way. No longer than 20 minutes." If it weren't for my insurance requiring to use these jokes I would have never waited.

On June 15, 2014 I called Subaru Roadside Assistance to tow car. Express Towing was dispatched and I was told they would arrive within in the hour. I called them after 60 minutes. Dispatcher told me driver had not even left to help me and estimated an additional hour. I cancelled and called AAA. I am guessing driver did not want to leave his family on sunny Father's Day to assist other families.

My car broke down yesterday and I used my roadside assistance to have my car towed. Express Towing was there within 20 mins when I told them I had 2 small kids in my car. Driver was so nice to both me and my kids, I would definitely call them again and request them if using my roadside. Great job Express Towing, you guys did a great job.
