Tim's Auto Repair

Went there last year to get my rack and pinions fixed. Few weeks later the rack and pinions broke. Was hard to get ahold of them to correct the problem. They were out of the office for a week with the flu or something. Skip to now a year later and my car is doing the exact same thing! Of course when I called on Tuesday of last week they were off because of labor day. They said they would return on Monday. I called on Monday the lady told me she would tell them and call me back. She never called me back. Called yesterday and she said she forgot to tell them. She would talk to them and call me back. She never called me back. I called 3 times and no answer. I called twice this morning and no one answered. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! These people do terrible work plus not once did I see or meet a mechanic. My car was just sitting on the lot and I was greeted by some woman in the office.

I have used this shop several times and have been 100% satisfied each time. I have had engine work to brake work to windshield wiper repairs done. They are very courteous, prompt and accommodating.
