I had them come out twice, spent $800 then they said I needed a 16 foot section of pipe dug up and would cost me $5200. the next day I had another company come out,they unclogged it in 5 seconds. Do not let them thieves into your home.

last week our hot water heater broke down. it was Friday night & we called moody plumbing explained & gave the location. he told the price up front & said it will be

$117. we said fine no problem. once he came & went to utility room he did not even looked the problem what was the problem nor gave explanation & said right away said I can not fix it. it took him only total of 5 minute to say that. then he made bill for over $300, which took him 20 minutes to write it. we ask why so much you did not do anything his explanation was that because we were commercial property. we never lied who we were when we made called we said who we were so why rise price three times more then original conversation. after talking to him he made bill for $235. then the manager told him I have no problem giving you $117.00 even though you did do anything that was the original price was $117.00.he said fine & which we gave him right way. he scared us & said nobody can help you.

now he has audacity to send me another bill for another $118.00 for not doing anything.

after that we called other plumbing company & they were so nice & solved our problem.

he came Saturday morning & charge us $114 with parts & also explained what was the problem. the nice plumber was from Best plumbing,younstown. the name really belongs to them.
