I am beyond joyed that this company is my new trash removal service. We had some old things that we needed to throw out but we did not want to sit it on the curb in front of our home. So, we called Rizzo and asked can they come pick up the items and they agreed. No questions asked and no additional fees, thanks Rizzo!

This company is much better than the sanitation service that previously serviced my house. Every Monday morning the truck is out front collecting the trash. The staff never block my driveway with my cans like the previous trash company, thank Goodness the city switched to Rizzo!

Great waste removal company, great service! Absolutely satisfied with the quality of their work at my home and my offices. My trash collection is never left undone nor is there ever any trash in the street or in my yard once they are done, so two thumbs up to Rizzo Sanitation!

We are happy with the trash removal service that Rizzo Sanitation gives us. They dump our garbage cans every Monday and our big items twice a month, they always do a great job.

I really can't say one nice thing about this company. Avoid them if you have a choice!

Ugh, where to start. I have had multiple experiences where they have not picked up the trash, but I hadn't acutally talked to them about it until today when they told me it wasn't picked up because I didn't have it out by 7am... it always goes out the night before. They told me I was lying! And when I tried to tell them I wasn't I was told, "we're not here to argue with me". Then here's a clue: don't make argumentative accusations. I will say that they did end up getting the trash. I was told (with PLENTY of attitude) that this was a one time courtesy that next time I didn't have my trash out on time it would not be picked up... UM, I DID. Why should I pay the price because their crew screwed up??

I am a resident of Royal Oak and could not be more pleased that our new rubbish removal vendor is Rizzo Services. Their employess are neat clean and professional, not to mention are trash is removed in half the time of the previous vendor.
