They did a little side job and put a porch step in on my side door becauce of my dogs arthritic legs. I decided it was in the wrong place, I called them back to move the step over and they would not come out without cost. They told me I had a warranty and they are not abiding to it. VERY DISAPOINTED!

Excellent company from start to finish. Prompt courteous and professional. Would recommend this company highly. Our porch is 90 years old and they saved us from having to have it rebuilt. Wonderful group of guys!

The crew at Creative Concrete Raising was exceptional. They came in promptly to fix the long cracks that were in my driveway, the uneven and cracked sidewalk in front of my home, and the hump that was at the entry of my garage. Once the work was complete, I was entirely satisfied and actually surprised that the work looked so great. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt in providing a quote, explained what they were going to do, scheduled the job quickly. Work was performed as explained and they were great about clean up.

We had a slab next to the driveway lifted and caulked and O am very happy with the results.

I liked the reviews I found online about this company and decided to call them for an estimate. I'm not sure who came out to the house, but he could answer all our questions. The one thing I did not like about this company is that they will only let you charge the deposit on a credit card. When I had to pay the rest of the fee, I explained that I like to charge most of my expenses because it lets me earn rewards on my credit card. He wasn't going to budge and let me charge the rest on the credit card, and I wasn't happy with how he treated me on the phone. He treated me like a child. I'm not a child. I'm in my mid-30s and while I may look young, I deserve respect, especially when I was giving him my business. So just to let people know that if you go forward with this company, they won't let you charge the whole fee. They are cheapskates because they don't want to pay the 3% charge by the cc company.

I was referred to Creative Concrete Raising by Soulliere Landscaping to have my driveway leveled before they put in patio pavers. Wasn't looking to invest in a new driveway. Jeremi came and told what needed to be done. Mine had a few major cracks and trip hazards and I know it was going to get worse come winter. Jeremi was able to get the job done before the patio. His crew did an amazing job and even helped one of my elderly neighbors. They leveled it and caulked it from the street to the garage. What a difference and no weeds growing in the cracks. They way they cut and filled the cracks it looks like big pieces of slate and the driveway is pitched so the water runs away from the house. Thanks to Creative Concrete Raising and Soulliere Landscaping another job "Well Done" and I'm one happy homeowner. It's been about 2 months and it looks awesome.

I called 3 concrete raising companies for estimates -- Creative Concrete Raising is the only one who called back promptly and set up a time for an estimate. I found out they are the only such company on Gilbert's Hardware "list" -- meaning they are trusted and reliable. Jeremy came out and gave us estimate, was honest about the fact that our work would probably not be done until 6-8 weeks out, but that was okay with us. The work was scheduled to begin at 8:00 am, and the work crew showed up 20 minutes early to get everything ready so they could start the actual work at 8:00 am. They worked well together, very efficiently, and everyone knew their jobs well. The job was completed, and we are very happy with our level driveway and walkway. We definitely recommend Creative Concrete Raising - don't hesitate to call them!

Creative Concrete Raising did a job for our neighbor. My husband liked what he saw and decided to hire them to even out our driveway and entrance walk. We were pleased with the job they did and would recommend them without hesitation. My husband is glad he will no longer be hitting the raised concrete with his snow blower and snow shovel. I am happy I will not be tripping over raised cement.

As I know, Gilbert's only puts reputable companies on their list because their name is also on the line. Right from the start, Jeremy (the owner), came out and gave me a very reasonable quote on my driveway and sidewalk. The great group of guys that were part of the Creative Concrete Raising Team were very punctual and did not stop until the job was done and all cleaned up. They did an outstanding job and my wife and I were and still are very pleased with their expertise, professionalism and quality of work. They saved us thousands of dollars not having to replace with the newer and cheaper quality concrete that is now being used by cement companies. I have and will continue to help spread the word and highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of concrete work.

They have always treated me with respect and kept me well informed with good and courteous communication. I was offered upgrades without pressure. They kept to their estimate, even though my driveway required more work at the time of service (an additional crack had appeared). They honored their guarantee, and I called them 3 years later for it!! I HIGHLY recommend this company. (I had my driveway and front steps leveled and had all re-caulked)
