Had elbow, hand surgery. Dr Robinson is such a great surgeon. His assistant Diane, and all the staff are so great in the WR location.(heard a lot more negative about Macon location) They really take the time out to make you feel comfortable.

Dr. Robinson and staff are wondeful. The front desk staff is a totally different story. Not only did they lose my MRI disk that was requested I drop off, after rescheduling an appointment I was told that I had been marked as a no show for the rescheduled date and didn't have an appt on the day I was told I'd be seen. The front desk staff was rude and acted as if I'd made a mistake by arriving on the day and time I was informed via phone. I'll choose to see Dr. Robinson at the Macon clinic from now on.

Dr. Kinnebrew and his staff are all wonderful!!!!!!! He did the total knee replacement surgery on my left knee some time back and he did a great job. I would highly recommend him and his office staff if you are having any issues whatsoever. They are all so very friendly. He has seen not only me, but family members and relatives as well. To top it all, he remembers who you are and knows his patients. They really do take a genuine interest in their patients which means so much. Thanks again to the staff and everyone who works with and for Dr. Kinnebrew. You are all very special people and I'm grateful to you.
