Car Intelligence Agency

We are in town visiting for the Holidays. Our rental vehicle started losing air in a tire, and we had to keep filling it to maintain psi level. We drove to several garages that were closed. Drove into CIA, spoke with John, and he was very nice, and told us to come back, and he would help us. It was 3 pm and they closed at 2, yet, he still took our vehicle in to help us. He found a large screw in the tire and plugged it, and we were good to go! We appreciate the service he provided, and going out of his way after hours to help us!

horrible. Had to have the shocks tightened cause they forgot. They put my caliper together wrong. I'm stuck on the side of the road cause of the work they have done to my car.
