Bottini Fuel

I'm sad to say that I have had ALOT of problems with this company. They installed an all house air conditioner w/ a heat pump around April 2014. Six months later I started having problems and they have been unable to resolve it thus far. Also, when they came to install it, the sales guy never told them what they would be doing and now I have a huge pipe that runs down the inside of my closet down to the basement. Every time I have called I requested someone who knows about heat pumps and almost everytime, they have sent someone who knows nothing about them. The salesman also told us we could use the heat pump into the single digits when in fact a heat pump can only be used up to 40 degrees. The unit is still making the same noise dispute them replacing a part last month. The girls who answer the phones are the worst!!! They never know what to do or how to help. I have requested to speak to Rick Bottini on multiple occasions and have never received a call back even after leaving him a message. I got a call back from a woman named Dana who said she checks his messages. Today, I tried to renew my matianence plan (that had expired) and was told they do not service my type of unit. it was obvious that she had no idea what she was talking about because I was RENEWING a plan I already had. After losing my mind, she realized she had not looked at my account and they in fact do and have serviced my unit that they delivered oil for just yesterday!!!!! Despite my many requests again to speak with Rick Bottini, I have not been contacted back by him. I again left a message with Bob for Rick to call me, Let's see how much he cares about his customers.....if I don't hear back, after my fuel contract is up, we will never use them again. At this point, I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have read all these negative reviews and it sounds like some different company, honest. Every time i call Bottini - there is polite service. I preordered oil for this year - my card was declined, yet they delivered anyway. In fact i was always paying after delivery completed before that, simply billing me. Sure they won't delivery if you haven't paid for past delivery, they are not charity. They estimate use and automate delivery, for last 4 years they hit spot when i was on 1/8 of the tank 90% of the time. One time they missed and i have runned out, and they have replaced fuel filter for free, because old one clogged up. I am happy with them.

I was thinking about this company recently. After read this reviews, I found out most fuel companies are taking advantage from their customers. Why? here is the reason. They want you to pay in advance to fund their business before they fill your fuel tank. My fuel company charged me one day early before fuel is delivery the next day. In business stand point, the fuel company want your money to pay their creditor without using their own money/capital. Got it? This is completely make no sense and rip customer off.
