Bruce's Carpet Cleaning

Carpets were wet for almost 3 days and all the stains came back a month later. He agreed to come back and take a look. Even though I told him I had not tried to clean most of the stains myself he said I must have and because I had that's why the stains came back. He offered to do it again but he didn't get them out the first time so he agreed to refund my money if I would take my previous negative review off his site. Well I was supposed to have received it by the 15th and still no check. I phoned yesterday and left a message telling him I wouldn't take the review down until I received a check and it had cleared the bank. Well no call back. As far as I'm concerned I would rather, at this point, give an honest review in the hope that some of u won't make the mistake that I did. When he did come back to talk to me he was extremely rude and argumentative. I have NEVER had my carpets look so badly after being cleaned. Money down the drain.

Scheduled with Bruce 2 weeks in advance after being referred by his sons girlfriend. Did nit show for first appointment,gave 2nd chance and came one hour late! His truck was filthy, he quoted me one fee over the phine but then proceeded to charge me more because he says he needed the extra money. my carpets were wet fir 2 days and felt sticky and crunchy. I have a newborn and an older child so it was important to have cleaned and not wet dirty ones. He did not spot treat one stain. It is now 6 weeks later and my carpets are disgusting and feel nasty to walk on. My husband would rather call someone else and pay again than to call Bruce back to fix the terrible job. Id like to also add that he smelled like booze and had his bottom was hanging from his ripped jeans. Very dirty and un professional
