Jason and his crew were extremely helpful. With the utmost professionalism, they worked tirelessly to get my home back in order after a terrible flooding experience. They are genuinely kind hearted and I would highly recommend their services.

For what they charged it was decieving. Just very loud machines running all day for three days to do the drying. The tech was ok but on the phone all the time. I had to call him off the phone often. Cost thousands to do 3 days work. The Manager John Cherup was not very nice or truthful and did much to upset me. I am a senior. the pipes in the attic leaked 2 weeks after he left and he grudingly came back to check at the request of my adjuster. He blamed the plumber. He kept asking for his money several times and I told him i would pay him but needed to adress and close the problem with the water dripping from the attic where the pipe burst, first. He threatened me several times. I would never recommend him to anyone. There are several remediation companys out there. Get one of those. Really! He comes on nice and caring and that goes out as soon as he starts the job.
